DARREN HEARSCH
Phase 3 Marketing & Communications
Darren Hearsch brings 20 years of digital engagement and online technology experience to the Phase 3 team. He provides strategy around the processes, tools and tactics that our web and digital marketing teams employ throughout the course of their digital activations. He has a keen understanding of technology's role in the marketing process, and understands that no one solution fits all needs.
Prior to joining Phase 3, Darren spent 10 years growing an Atlanta-based web development firm that was acquired and eventually completed an IPO in 2007. During this time, he was an integral technology partner with Phase 3, which gave him unique insight into the organization's products, services and clients. he then moved on to the software consulting world, providing solution strategy around the implementation of Microsoft's enterprise software platforms.

BRANDON SADLER
Sysco Atlanta
Brandon grew up in South Mississippi and has one sister. He attended the University of Southern Mississippi and studied Finance while working in the restaurant business.
His love for the service industry was rekindled in Atlanta where he owned and operated a successful restaurant in Gwinnett County for 10 years prior to joining the Sysco Atlanta team.
Since joining Sysco he has worked with hundreds of restaurants in Georgia. He has been married to his college sweetheart for 19 years and lives in Atlanta with their 4 sons.
His love for the service industry was rekindled in Atlanta where he owned and operated a successful restaurant in Gwinnett County for 10 years prior to joining the Sysco Atlanta team.
Since joining Sysco he has worked with hundreds of restaurants in Georgia. He has been married to his college sweetheart for 19 years and lives in Atlanta with their 4 sons.

Chris' passion for marketing and design drives his continuous learning. He brings 15 years of graphic design and 11 years of marketing experience to Sysco managing digital marketing.
Chris has branded over 40 companies and designed over 2,000 projects for numerous Atlanta restaurants and companies like Microsoft, Burton Snowboards, Life is Good and Columbia Sportswear.
